I was a Gloucester Holder and participated in the YAL takeover. I am unsure on the details and how they impact on the 11/12 taxable year, and the 12/13 year. I understand there is a special div of 0.47c. Q: is this just a normal dividend (for tax purposes)? I am also aware that $2.68 will be paid on the 7/1/13. Q: is this taxable or how is this declared? I am just having problems grasping exactly how I deal with this. ALSO: The listed entities (YAL & YALN). Q: What exactly is the YALN? I know that these questions may seem very simple for some, but I expect if I am not totally sure, perhaps others may-be in the same boat. Any info will be greatly appreciated. cheers Ian H.
