Matt, SM deliberately DELAYED by two months the submission for CE mark and told us all it was a 45 working day process and he had it all timed very well for sales start. All procedural we were told.
Now it is almost 70 days and we are still in the dark. He told us it was all under control, when reality tells us it was not, it still isn't, and we have no idea when it will be!
Clearly he was never in control, so why did he make the very confident predictions he made. Once or twice is forgivable, but let's call a spade a spade. He made claims that were actually just hopes.
