htran, keep in mind centro and all the managed funds this time around, will only be making distributions i.e. dividends thru available cashflow.In the past dividends were payed to shareholders via debt and equity financing and according to G.R its not sustainable in the longer term which makes sense.This is a better option i.e. dividends via cashflow for centro as now the company will only learn from past mistakes and imo be a much much more stronger company moving forward.

When cer pay their next dividend hopefully it will enable cnp to use this to pay down debt.Who knows maybe cnp will surprise shareholders with a small dividend maybe later this year say a small christmas present, but looking at past performance one will look to feb or august 2009 with late december 2008 and june 2009 possibility of company going x...ex-dividend date..

Hopefully we get a santa rally this year which might speed up the s.p for those who are impatient.
