Just found that Prima BioMed Ltd (PRR) is also heading for the US market listing itself in Nasdaq.

We can see how the share price has become since the announcement. Of course the company also had a presentation after that. Very good to the long suffering shareholders indeed.

I hope Biota can do the similar. Not just offering more shares to some parties at cheap prices to rip off existing shareholders.


The seemly conservative management really needs a hard kick at its butt. But hopefully the management will get a more solid solution for Biota.
