I am supporting this takeover as have been holding this stock...

I am supporting this takeover as have been holding this stock for a while but current management and board was unable to deliver positive result for this company. Thats why the share price have been sluggish in the few months. If current mamangement and board continue , it will come back to 40 cents again

Hopefully, they should approach shareholder directly and take it from there
