The Substantial Shareholder Group notes that some comments in chatrooms and on blogs about CBio, its past and present directors and management (as well as Novo Nordisk with which it has an Option agreement) have been inaccurate and offensive.

While we understand the frustration many have felt, we dissociate ourselves completely from these comments and request that people refrain from casting aspersions or making unsubstantiated allegations. It goes without saying that all current and former CBio directors, management and staff should be treated with civility, common courtesy and the respect they deserve.
