    Yeah fair enough. I don't believe management could stop a 50%+ change of control transaction as I think 28.something% plus wouldn't be that hard for STO to acquire given general performance of the company and share price. Only thing holding STO back is opportunity cost of tying up capital now vs 1-2 years when they need to source the gas IMO.

    Very little on the horizon to drive the share price forward until all approvals are in and LNGN partner secured. Although...I think I made the point that there's no reason why and LNGN partner couldn't be MOU'd with conditions precedent for government approvals. Which really does make me question director performance, although presumably THEY know STO's not ready to move AND they don't need capital short-term. Just more pain on the Portfolio Summary screen to endure for another 6 or so months.
