    Acorn,

No the ESG Management have never said that directly, but even from the Seed Funding stage the TAKEOVER is always one Exit Strategy for any company .

Can you tell me the average holding cost of the Directors/Mgt of ESG ? I estimate that it is between 20-30cps so any takeover at 85cps wont hold them back. If you stand at the door you will be trampled.

Their strategy fell over when STO was able to exploit the willingness of HGO and Gastar to sell out. Did ESG try to raise money to buy those stakes ? ESG took a big risk to get its 65% by selling HGO the 19.99% of ESG. It didnt have a fall back position as the strategic weakness was obvious.

I always speak for myself when I post. Exhorting others to email was not my invention but an innovation by Nervous which I can see merit in. You dont have to agree and we always exhort DYOR disclaimers. I am sure that the Investor relations departments of those great firms I mentioned would love to hear from us.

I am not a member of the "Clan of the 300" , the Kahuna holders who mesmerise the visitors to this Forum with visions of BlueSky when the sp is in the 50-60s down from the $1 so long ago.

You seem to be seriously afflicted by my posts and HC has a cure for that, so you will not be discomfited and will continue to believe that $3ps is now just a few weeks away.

    Cheers
