If you read the document properly it says they now hold 30% of Kalahari.
They are not able to purchase EXT yet from my understanding.
Its also only 30%, they almost have to get that number again in order to make the downstream offer.
Great buying today, I think something better is coming and the big wigs know it. They wouldnt be buying up EXT for a measly 6 cents profit.
