Looks like it should be a goer except it only had $2M cash left end of quarter after a $19M spend. The market is obviously spooked that despite all the potential and ramp-up that something goes wrong (or just doesn't get right) and bills can't be paid then you know what happens next. Either holders just not prepared to risk heavy or complete losses are getting out or insiders who know things aren't going well are getting out. Chart looks terrible and despite the improving FA I just can't bring myself to punt it.
