As a new investor in MQG I am of course saddened to see my investment fall several days in succession (as I'm sure many other long investors are too). I read that this is due to continued shorting of MQG subsidiaries which is tantamount of a defacto shorting of MQG. But with 2.5 billion over its requirements and only 283.4 million shares on issue it would appear that MQG is soundly placed. Can someone please tell me why MQU seems bent inexorably downwards.
