It seems logical that LNG will sign a GSA with Arrow to keep the gas in the family.

Co-operation with respect to recruitment and sharing of skilled labour by BG, GLNG, Origin is already well progressed. Not sure if LNG is part of the arrangement.

I'd say that will for the basis for a lot more co-operation between the Gladstone players.

Drawing on Bell Potter's reserach note on LNG (I think Feb 2011), its possible LNG will sign short term GSA's with one or two other Surat CSG producers.

Supply from MEL to fill the gap as Arrow and others commence supply to their own projects.

I have no idea about the additional cost/economics associated with sending MEL's gas north to Gladstone but I expect the more volume the lower the cost per GJ. Assuming thats the case, MEL will ultimately want to supply a large proportion of Fisherman's Landing supply.

Short term possibility: farm-in deal with CNPC subsidiary or initial GSA with LNG's Fisherman's Landing post 2015.
