Market cap of only $10m?? doesn't make sense. If you look at their website, you'd get the impression they are a significant $100m+ infrastructure/pharma/petrochemical/defence industry consultancy provider. Does that sound like a publicly listed company with a MC of $10mil (and that's after today's 80% rise).

For the pilot program with Greentech, SOP lent them $1mil of which $800k has been spent. Apparently they are going to invoice the Chinese for $900k odd but they don't say when.

Anyone have some decent background info on this mob?

Without giving investment advice, I'd be cautious throwing too much cash at this, especially with significant swings up and down. Who knows, I could be completely wrong. Accordingly, DYOR.
