CCC need to trip is top level(CCC is a tiny company, unnecessary expenses MUST be trimmed ASAP): Following must be done ASAP else losses will accelerate exponentially.
1) Two Company Secretary(Mr Anthony Eastman &
Ms Jane Flegg). One of them MUST go.
2)Mr Peter Landau - Executive Director
Mr Andrew Macaulay - Executive Chairman
Mr Bruce Buthelezi - Executive Director
Mr Don Turvey - Chief Executive Officer
(For such a tiny company Four People at TOP Basically all four are playing same role: Two MUST go). They are adding no value to company what so ever.
3)Following roles are duplicated.
Mr Mike Nell - Senior Manager Operations
Mr Eugene de Villiers - Project Manager
Mr Johan Heystek - Chief Operations Officer
Mr Ken Hodge - Projects Manager
(Why do you need four people there ? At Max only two people are needed there with one junior attached to each)
4) Mr Martin Westerman - Head of New Business Development(Top MUST do this job, Unnecessary post)
5) Mr Andries Mtsweni - Head Human Resources
All work done by consultant, why a Head of Human Resource is there ?.
