Look at any small player who became big. They all started with Slim Trim Management Team.

1) A company where every thing is done by Consultants/Contractors CCC have a Human Resource Executive there.

2) Four guys are sitting at the top level while that is a Job of one Person.

This is generally a big problem with people who have worked for large corp early. They have no clue how to Build a Company.
