The original board of Metal Storm put the company into volantary administration. Financial presssure may well have contributed to this. There is my opinion one aspect in the list the Administrator mentions in the application to the Supreme Court Dec 16th.
To appoint a receiver and hopefully this means a completely independant receiver with no affiliation with ASOF or the Administrator.
IMHO an auction for electronic, stacked round technology Metal Storm Limited IP and Metal Storm INC on an international market may well bid higher than the current debt.
