    Moosey, Myronc

Firslty, Moosey I suggest you seriously look at some of the things that you are proposing to have in your letter as they are clearly incorrect. Also I would suggest it would not be prudent to suggest that ASIC is assisting anyone, in your opinion, to the detriment of Shareholders. If you intend to continue with that suggestion IMHO suggest that it may be wise to seek legal advice. Also rather than generalise, I suggest that you speak only on your behalf not of all Shareholders as I, for one sadly from experience, understand that what is being done is in accordance with normal Administrations. Also ASIC has published a number of publications which in plain terms explain how things work under Administration, some which deal in detail the subject of financial reporting while under Administration.

Moosey and Myronc, just as an aside, other than ASIC being entitled under insolvency to grant exemptions from providing accounts and holding AGM's, and continuing to grant these extensions, what is it that you expect to uncover from these accounts? If by some chance an AGM was to be held, there is nothing we can do at this AGM, we can't vote on any thing, such as Directors, or anything else to do with the future of the Company.

You have to be aware that these accounts, even if they were to be produced, are totally irrelevant to the Company's current financial position. You are aware of course that MST spent some $335k on audit fees when it was a going concern, and now given it has no money or income you expect it to pay somewhere in this order to produce irrelevant accounts. Also the cost of holding this AGM will be in the order of $15/20k, where do you expect the money to come from? Any cent spent may be one less cent for us, personally I would rather the money, than attend an AGM which will be nothing more than a waste of time and money.

The Administrator has provided a set of accounts to ASIC as required.

Sadly I also suspect that ASIC will not respond to any correspondence dealing with the above.
