As I said to you previously ASIC would not have replied to you as the granting of a trading halt is the sole domain of ASX. The point of difference was what was in the public domain i.e. that the Company did not ask for a trading halt, differs from the information that you were given. If the Company had asked for a trading halt, at the time, there was a good chance that it would not have been able to satisfy the liquidity required to re-list. I believe that the Directors were shouting from the rooftops about possible administration then.
