please vote against res. 3 and 4 at gen .meet

This 'rotton' S.P.P. seems all about the possibily of Stirling Copper gaining 50% of RCP, and at a later Date make a Script Offer for the remaining RCP Shares.
I understand that plus 5% of a Company's Shareholders can call a E.G.M. and I think this has to be considered to basically cancel the S.P.P. allotment of Shares should the S.P.P. shares be below 2.8 Cents.
P.S. Therefore,all in all, at this stage it seems adviseible to vote against Resolutions Three and Four at the General Meeting.
