Point taken GoneSurfing and now what all of us unfortunate Shareholders of RCP have to do FIRSTLY is vote AGAINST Resolutions 3 and 4 ( RES. 4, is in regards to a a new Constitution for RCP and at present it can only be read at the RCP Office and that is like signing a Blank cheque to me).
