How do you see Stirling getting to 50% with the SPP.
RCP has 800+ million shares on issue.
Stirling owns about 32% (250 million odd shares)
SPP's are limited to $15,000 per shareholder.
$15,000 even at 1.7 cents only gives 58 million shares.
If not even one other shareholder took up the SPP, Stirling could only get to 35%.
Do you know what amendments are contemplated for the Constitution?
