please vote for all resolutions

I can't make it to the meeting but I have faxed my proxy form off. All resolutions are good for the company so I suggest voting in favour of all of them. I don't see that any of them are particularly controversial. Resolution 1 gives CNM global rights to CETO technology which means a whopping (approximately) 9 times increase in the market available to CNM for CETO, in exchange for which 33% of ownership in CNM in the form of new shares is issued to REH. I like the new name "Carnegie Wave Energy Limited" as well (Resolution 8). I guess we will see an ASX symbol change to "CWE" at some stage?
