Its pretty simple,

spill the board then you:

1) have the choice to vote them back in or

2) vote for any contenders (based on provided credentials, ability & reputation) whose name is put up or

3) Do what you all do most, nothing and complain.

One thing you dont do is splash around the details of potential new management until there is an opportunity to vote for them.

If the spill is not successful, then their details are irrelevant and TC can continue on getting paid to run a show he is not running at
your expense.
