    Share dilution isn't an issue when the value of the project rises significantly.

    There is only 788Million SHares outstanding for IndoChine Gamble, there are companies out there with over 1.4Billion and rising!

    It CR was an issue, don't you think the big investors would have pulled out by now? They are sitting back waiting for the milestone events to be made by this company, over the next 8-10 months.
