Could the ASX, ASIC or the directors of the company enlighten shareholders as to the responsibilities of company directors to actively pursue with honesty and due diligence success for the company they control ( ON BEHALF OF OTHER SHAREHOLDERS). The issuing of numerous options and shares to themselves without engaging in any company activity that may assist the financial benefit of non board members clearly does not demonstrate due diligence .
