Cameo, I think you will see I put in a lot of IMO all over the place in all posts and in the emails when it comes to near facts. I actually try to provide facts not advice. I have told people asking me for advice that I cannot give them advice as I'm not a legal financial advisor, especially in emails to people.
Perhaps you misinterpreted, or I just didn't say it correctly, but I spend so many hours in contact with so many different people that I do possibly get information from outside the company about the company. I have even passed this info onto Ken.
Ken has made it VERY clear, and
@RDL will back this up that I/we are not getting any inside/market sensitive info, I have never asked for it.
At times for the email group I will clarify an announcement, get clarification on something that appears a bit confusing, so people have the truth as I understand it. That is not advice, but people can panic over things they don't understand, but are less worried when they do understand.
My "advice" is that I'm an extreme bull on Lithium and believe just like IBB that this company because of our massive resource is totally below the real value of it.
I say that to everyone all the time. That is why I have bought and hold the shares. That is why my sentiment is buy and I hold.
IBB obviously has a different point of view to me on some matters. I do believe in shareholders having a say in how the company they hold shares in is run. Just because management are good, and I think Ken is doing a good job, as I stated this morning, he like everyone else is not perfect. Mistakes get made. I believe resolution 3 is a mistake at present, so will be voting against it.
On resolution 3 the company keep referring back to another resolution that shareholders passed. I believe that was a mistake and not entirely understood by everyone at the time, but it is on the books.
Because I have bothered to go back and look at it and the consequences I believe it should be rescinded. After we have got passed the current EGM I'll be pushing the board to rescind that prior resolution and be giving everyone clear reasons why.
Just because the board has put up a motion does not mean people have to vote for it. The argument that we should trust management to run the company then vote everything they put up does not fly with me one iota.
I personally will be voting for resolutions 1 and 2 but definitely against resolution 3.
