if they can survive Newcastle will be a gold mine in two or three years time imo the trouble with lenders in these conditions is they can't look to far ahead, we just have to wait it will turn history tells us it always does at the moment many can't see the forest for the trees but believe me the is a forest out there we just need China to turn i think we can forget the US for now, the stimulus packages will kick in soon enough , not a fan of the cash hand outs as mine if i get it will come off the credit card
