The board has a responsibility to identify each individual shareholders in the Institution, custodian and super companies.’
Has anyone ever asked the Chair how do they confirm the veracity of the information provided by these entities?
The gutless one’s, known as beneficiaries voters should not be counted unless there’s proven authority to the institution company.
Furthermore, a company should confirm that these individuals had been advised within these entities that they have the opportunities to vote as individuals.
Otherwise, the offical owners votes should be only one vote!
