The market will be in a frenzy buy on any news of PEP 11 and the drilling is made a lot easier without the constraints that were experienced in PEP 11 No 1.
You are quite right in your view that the first drilling episode was more of a test for bigger things in the future.
2013 and the months leading up to the news will see a rocket in SP (no doubt of that)
The general market only needs the anticipation of a second drill operation to lock in to what could be a Global find. In the mean time BUY is grossly undervalued and no longer a spec (actually makes a profit) - Good time to get in at bargain prices.
