news flow potential:

Mt M - we are waiting on the Registry of the Supreme Court of Qld to allocate a trial date. That should happen within the next few weeks.

95% of commercial litigation settles before trial. the Mt M dispute could settle at any time.

BM - we have been told that JV papers have been exchanged and discussed for several weeks now. Again, an ann on a signed BM JV could come any time.

GC - more drilling set for November/December. If the drilling suggests that the further 8km of shears to be tested are as gold rich as the first shear then the market will have to re-rate MNM as a potential million ounce+ explorer.

the almost forgotten NT Phosphate holdings. There are not many still here from the 2008 run to 50c, but the phosphate was a big part of that, mainly because MNM got hitched to MAK's run from 20c to $3 on their Wonarah deposit, which is near MNM's very large NT phosphate dirt.

MAK's ann yesterday suggests they are closing in on a deal with Indian giant NMDC to develop the Georgina Basin. If that happens then nearology based market attention will return to MNM's ground, and a close watch will go on the further tests up there set to go ahead with MNM's new $3 million bank balance.
