    The only reason 1 would be willing to pay a premium for the oppies simply put is leverage,

    You see it as 51% premium,

    I see it as I get 49% more shares for the same $$$$$

    Thus the reason why I'm willing to pay 3c+

    Fwiw,
    Dec 2013 is a looooonnngggggggg way away, anything can happen to these oppies, but you got to be in it to win it
