    court case before EOY unlikely,
    JV is really up to Exergen no likelihood of soon,
    Drilling results - only 2 outstanding, no more BM drilling for 6 weeks so thats it for this year.
    If they start drilling in Qld no results this year.
    Not downramping just not as bullish as some.
    I will assume the foetal position.
    And yes you can hold shares without constantly ramping it
    up.
