As for the cast, again I agree with you as a trial date needs to be set before a decision is handed down,
Unless a deal is brokered earlier between the 2 parties (either way MNM win)

Drilling results will not be known right away either,

Saying this though, we know all this is only a matter of time and eventually all these matters will be resolved,

I remain bullish and always have been but each to their own, if MNM can produce the goods we are all laughing.....
