    I couldn't believe it either--options issued to "ENCOURAGE" management to perform !!!!

    I'M SEEING THINGS!!!, these fools are already overpaid for disastrous underperformance.

    This company has become a joke, nevermind destroying most of its shareholders, and still they have the affrontry to issue piggy feed.
