I dont know what you guys are fighting over - but my advice from experience is for you to divert your enegies to trading. It is much better to do that.
Right now you are caught up in an ego battle. Nobody gets paid for winning that battle. Do not be a goblin.

Invest this enegy to trading, researching etc = It will pay off much better than what you are doing now. I say this with all sincerity.
