I generally know when people ramp stocks. All I have to do is check the chart to see whether a stock is heading up or down. If its down and they are talking it up I ignore them

If its up and they have to say something constructive I entertain that.
I have checked AVV and have posted my comments and they are consistent with Stolwyick. I am not siding him or her here. Just telling it as I see it.
