    Smart Trans are in a unique position and have been presented with a rare opportunity - a company making opportunity. To sign with China Mobile in perhaps early May - the largest mobile network carrier in the world would not only be a great endorsement for SMA's product but would establish them as a leader in its industry.

    To potentially have 500,000,000 people (figure grows daily) using your product and services is impressive to say the least. The revenue potential is significant - $50-100m revenue per annum could be a base case scenario for SmartTrans with an upfront fee of $2-5m.

    China Mobile are in need and require SMA's product! The reason for this is simple - they are losing market share to China Telecoms. I understand that China Mobile are not interested in Apple Aps (too expensive), and for political reasons are not involved with Google - hence their requirement for SMA's product. What one needs to realise is that China Mobile prior to signing the MOU, conducted 14 months of rigorous testing and compliance related work to ensure conformance.

    Contractual negotiations with the Chinese take time, thus the time taken so far to ensure all terms and conditions of the contract are satisfactory for both parties. It is important for SMA to take its time to ensure China Mobile is satisfied with the terms and conditions of the contract.

    Upside for SMA from here is endless, if SMA's products and services are endorsed by China Mobile there will be a swag of organisations wishing to partner with SMA (if SMA doesnt sign an exclusivity agreement with China Mobile).
