I was thinking they might have thought the consolidation was a good idea in terms of making the company more marketable so to speak ie "NDO SP $1 earning 3c/share etc" as opposed Ndo 10c earning .3c" along with the other reasons others have already mentioned. Imo their going to do a capital raising sooner than later (also to do with the consolidation) as i'm sure they want to get on with their projects and dont want to cut to fine in case more problems arise at galoc. This also makes me think theres not a farmout on the near horizon along with 10mc's telling conversation with Jacot posted about 5-6 weeks ago.
