I think someone at the ASX accidentally hit the wrong key on their keyboard.

On the other hand, maybe there really was a single exchange of 4 million shares with no effect on price. But that much volume in a market this thin with scarcely a ripple? It seems unlikely.

Maybe someone out there with access to better data from their online stock service can tell us if this was a genuine trade.
