This was a single buyer who bought 4000'000 shares at 0.7 i.e. 2.8$ Million Dollars, its shown on tradingroom.com.au intradaychart as

Comparing this with the yearly chart data this is the highest buy volume wise in the entire year, in fact today was the highest volume for the whole year!!.

I think it was an off screen arrangement for one of the big funds, but only guessing.
