Orwell. Currently PLH owns 0% of San Jose. It is an earn in transaction up to 75% with two stages:
1. Earn 50% on submission of mining licence application ("MLA"). Must be done by 15/10/17.
2. Earn 25% on completion of feasibility study.
The NPV I have shown is for the San Jose project only. Once earn in is complete PLH's share will be 75%.
I doubt the SP will move until PLH has submitted the MLA and earned 50%. We should have an ASX announcement towards the end of next week at which point the SP should come alive.
