I would have thought most people would be in full agreement that making determinations for the public would be based upon transparency but not apparently for CH as they can hide behind some mythical cultural norms. Those days are long gone in a modern society that seeks openness and transparency. The front person for the indigenous group is mostly European by the looks. It amazes me that these people can ignore one part of their DNA for another. Absolutely stupid premise based on a false idea that one man is different from another based upon skin colour or ethic origin.
