    I note Rivkin report has this one as a medium risk arbitrage opportunity, can someone post market depth? Not sure what price they have been suggested to buy in at.

    Seems the proxy meeting where they vote for acquisition is in early Nov then. so it's a month and what ever time it takes accept offer and for them to send out cheques.
