Not saying that Capitan the offtake is clear about what happens if a plant is developed, which it will be, what Banker fails to understand is that above this sits a partnership agreement which will require the dismal PLL to act in good faith as per all such arrangements. Now if PLL act in contravention of that the partnership will in all l Iikelihood be dissolved or SYA will have other available remedies. Banker doesnt understand business as apart from sitting here 16 hours a day he appears to have no work experience. Happy to clarify for you.
