My thoughts:
SYA/PLL will jointly run a carbonate plant at NAL. It will be probably funded via profits realised with the sale of spod via the PLL oftake and the yet to be announced offtake.
SYA will build a hydroxide plant, for themselves.
PLL will build a hydroxide plant, for themselves.
And we'll all be happy shareholders.
