    Why is it significant that PLL has not (as yet) notified the ASX of a SYA announcement?

    PLL is AN AMERICAN COMPANY... the only filings that matter are those to the SEC (and they haven't filed an 8K yet either)

    PLL stock is NOT TRADED on the ASX ... they are CDIs... don't expect Listing Rule 3 (Continuous Disclosure) to apply.

    Please no conspiracy theories. It's just business. Its a JV. We don't know the ins and the outs of the JV Operating Agreement. All we really know is the 75%/25% (SYA/PLL) EQUITY OWNERSHIP of SYQ.
