The highlighting by that poster is a little unnecessary especially when used to mislead. While it is accurate that such entities are exempt from compliance with most of the asx rules, compliance with listing rule 3.1 is not one of the exemptions. So contrary to that poster, I do expect continuous disclosure obligations to be maintained.... well as much as any other company does, it is the asx after all
