Why on earth would a Canadian company looking to attract Canadian dollars and grants from Canadian government (for which it is lobbying hard) merge with a US company ? Am I missing something here? Equally why would a US company want to merge with a Canadian company - is PLL not inversely looking for US government funding ?
There is some major crap and wild speculation coming out. BL has resigned, that's it- it's not the end of the world and he has taken his 175m shares with him and we have a mining veteran with 30 plus year of experience (10 of which direct in lithium production) in charge of production ramp up. Ironically I think this is much better place to be in with zero debt.
