When there is clearer visibility for PLL's suite of assets in 2024:

• Ewoyaa is fully permitted
• NC mine is permitted and rezoned
• NAL mine continues to work consistently

That is access to ~500,000 annual tonnes of hard rock spodumene. Is that an opportunity of a change of control transaction from a company who values hydroxide production in the USA?

My view:
If/When PLL are granted the mining permit for NC it's important to remember that it is a right not a privilege to mine on private land within NC (as publicly expressed at a Gaston County meeting by David Miller (DEMLR). DEMLR assess the project on it's safety merits. With the mine permit in hand County commissioners are there to supervise the project enforcing ordinances around the mines hours of operation etc. The commissioners have already updated these ordinances. The commissioners are guided by the recommendation of DEMLR. If you want to see the amount of community engagement PLL has done within NC, look no further than their facebook page. It is inspiring and impressive. 2024 is looking a solid year for all projects PLL is involved in.
