You're the bad apple. it is you that brought up and referred to a shareholder agreement that gives PLL an undue influence/veto over normal voting rights as a shareholder. You are referring to a shareholder agreement and pontificating about what you think is contained there in with zero substantiation. Do you think people here are soft in the head?
